We hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, along with two renowned certifications that address the specificity of training.

Through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, we are certified as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
